Terms of Service

The agreement between you and PlugNode — covering eligibility, your account, your content, acceptable use, billing, liability limits, and termination.

Last updated: April 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of plugnode.ai and related services (the "Service") provided by PlugNode ("PlugNode", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other organization you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials and any API tokens issued by the Service secure; tell us immediately at info@plugnode.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the flows, inputs, outputs, and files you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant PlugNode a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (including executing your flows against third-party providers you configure). We do not use Your Content to train models and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party AI providers

The Service lets you connect third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs) using your own API keys. When a flow calls a provider, the inputs and outputs for that call pass through that provider, and their terms, privacy policies, and data-usage practices apply. You are responsible for the keys you add, the providers you choose, and any charges they impose.

Infrastructure and other third-party services

To run the Service we use third-party infrastructure and tools, including Cloudflare R2 (file storage), BuildBase (authentication, workspaces, subscription and invoice management, usage tracking, and transactional email + push notifications), Stripe (payment processing and tax calculation), Sentry (error monitoring), and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (aggregate product analytics, where enabled). The full list of processors and what each one handles is in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge that your data is processed by these providers under their respective terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) generate content that sexualizes minors, or that harasses, defrauds, impersonates, or harms specific people; (c) send spam, malware, or execute attacks against our systems or third parties; (d) exceed published rate limits or probe for vulnerabilities without prior written consent; (e) scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service; or (f) train a competing AI model on outputs of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do any of these.

Fees, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based charges (e.g. flow runs or storage above included quotas) are billed as incurred. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from account settings; changes take effect at the next renewal.

All payments are processed by Stripe, our PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor. We never receive, store, or transmit your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials — they go directly from your browser to Stripe. Subscription and invoice records are managed via our SaaS backend BuildBase; card data does not flow through BuildBase. By subscribing to a paid plan you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and collected via Stripe Tax based on your billing address. Failed payments may result in suspension after a reasonable grace period and retry.

EU / UK consumer cooling-off. If you are a consumer (not a business user) in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase. To exercise this right, email info@plugnode.ai from the address on your account before the 14-day period ends. By beginning to use paid features before the 14-day period expires, you expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you will forfeit your right of withdrawal for the portion of the Service already provided.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via info@plugnode.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access (with notice where reasonable) if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections meant to survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the PlugNode name, logo, node catalogue, and canvas UI. You retain ownership of Your Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers IP ownership to you except the limited licence to use the Service while your account is active.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlugNode disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs can be incorrect, biased, or hallucinated; review them before relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlugNode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of US$50 or the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify PlugNode against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which PlugNode's operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and PlugNode agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute that is not resolved informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-product before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
