How PlugNode uses cookies and similar technologies across the web app, covering strictly necessary, preferences, analytics, and the subprocessors we rely on.

PlugNode uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage browser cookies at any time via your browser settings.

Your controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling third-party cookies in your browser stops analytics cookies from loading, regardless of how the site is configured.

Other services we use

Cloudflare R2

Object storage for files you upload and outputs your flows generate.

BuildBase

Authentication, workspaces, subscription and invoice management, usage / quota tracking, feature flags, and transactional email + browser push notifications. Session cookies are set by BuildBase on sign-in; push subscription tokens (if you opt in) are stored with BuildBase.

Stripe

Payment processing, Strong Customer Authentication, fraud prevention, and tax calculation. Stripe sets its own cookies (e.g. `__stripe_mid`, `__stripe_sid`) on checkout pages. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and we never see your card details.

Endorsely

Affiliate referral tracking. When you arrive via an affiliate link, Endorsely sets a cookie so we can attribute the referral at checkout. The referral ID is passed to Stripe as subscription metadata. Endorsely does not receive your payment details or account content.

Google Search Console / Bing Webmaster Tools

Verify ownership of plugnode.ai via DNS records. These tools read our public site; they do not receive visitor data from us.

Ahrefs

SEO analysis of our public pages. If we add visitor-side Ahrefs analytics we will list its cookies in the Analytics section above.

Third-party AI providers (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Kling)

Called only from flows you configure with your own API keys. Inputs and outputs pass through these providers under their own terms.
